Regenerative Transformation – The New European Bauhaus Approach

Friday, 27 June 2025, 14–4:30 pm
Architecture Biennale Venice, Speakers' Corner/Arsenale

NEBourhoods Biennale Architettura Venice New European Bauhaus

The New European Bauhaus – NEB – has initiated a movement towards a climate-neutral European continent. As one of the first six NEB lighthouse projects, NEBourhoods developed co-creative processes and prototypes for circular, biodiverse, and community-oriented urban districts.

Through three distinct perspectives from Munich-Neuperlach, we explore how circularity, regeneration, and co-creation can drive urban transformation. Reflecting the Biennale’s theme, the project highlights how natural, artificial, and collective intelligence are shaping a sustainable and inclusive future for European cities. Get inspired by the vision of NEB, discover three driving forces of transformation, and join the discussion with an open Q&A.
