Creating Transformation Together: exhibitions at the Architekturgalerie München and PlanTreff
Inspiration and tools for everyone on a similar path: with exhibitions at the Architekturgalerie München and PlanTreff in Munich, NEBourhoods is presenting the methods, strategies and processes developed in the pilot projects to the public.
The challenges of transforming our cities into sustainable, liveable and inclusive living spaces are similar – which makes it all the more important to share experiences and knowledge gained. After all, change comes about through collective action, shared responsibility for our environment and the establishment of strong networks.
With these exhibitions, we want to share this wealth of experience and encourage others to follow suit. After all, urban design is not just a matter for professional planners – everyone is responsible for their neighbourhood, can contribute ideas and help to transform the city.
In spatial film installations, the Architekturgalerie shows the development of the ‘NEBourhoods prototypes’. Interviews with the protagonists and participants in the real-world laboratories convey their enthusiasm – from the population to decision-makers.

Complementing the film documentation in the Architekturgalerie, the exhibition at PlanTreff presents the EU project in the context of the long-term prospects for urban redevelopment and the Neuperlach action area concept.
